At Glen Eden Beach Resort, the holiday season is a time to come together, celebrate, and create lasting memories. This year, we were beyond excited to continue our annual Christmas tradition with a festive brunch that brought together our residents and guests for a morning filled with joy, laughter, and delicious food.

The sparkling wine was flowing, setting the tone for a day of celebration and relaxation. Guests were treated to an array of culinary delights, but one dish that truly stole the show was the mouthwatering smoked salmon cones topped with a creamy foam of cheese and a fresh pop of rocket. It was the perfect combination of flavours that left everyone coming back for more! As we gathered by the pool, surrounded by the sounds of the ocean and the warmth of great company, it truly felt like the spirit of Christmas had arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and festive way to ring in the season.
